2023 Wrapped! A Year of Impact for Black Innovators at Nobellum
What a year it's been!
As we bid adieu to 2023, let's take a moment to celebrate our incredible journey together.

Startup Superstars: A whopping 35 startups blazed through our innovator program, and we're thrilled to witness their growth and success.
Star-Studded Encounters: We had the honor of hosting Paddy Cosgrave, the Founder of Web Summit for a fireside chat at our Collision kick-off event, where we gave away 400 tickets to the black tech community! We also received an award from the Mayor, Patrick Brown, of the City of Brampton for our exceptional leadership.
Pitch Perfect: Nobellum made history at the City of Toronto Small Business Forum by hosting the first-ever Black Pitch Event in front of an audience of over 2000 attendees. Kiwi Charge stole the show, having won the pitch event and even securing considerable business as a result.
Awards Galore: Our startups clinched over $85,000 in awards, proving that the sky's the limit for their potential. Melisa Ellis, CEO & Co-Founder of Nobellum received the CILAR Award for Aspiring Innovator of the Year

Trade Show Triumphs: The Nobellum cohort of Innovator's presence at the Toronto Business Summit, BFUTR and City of Toronto Small Business Trade Shows was nothing short of spectacular.
